The festivities of the patron saints of Torres Torres are celebrated during the month of September. Regardless of the recreational activities of various kinds scheduled during the previous days, the public holidays are designated from 7 to 10 September. During these days there are open-air dances, Manila shawl dance, lantern dance, Masses, parades and processions accompanied by bands. The week before the festivities there are fire bull and bullfighting events, play-back festivals and days dedicated to children and the elderly are celebrated. Although the head of the church is Our Lady of the Angels, the patron saint of the town is the Virgin of Milk, to whom the festival celebrated on 8 September is dedicated to, this being considered as the main day of the festival. 9 September is also dedicated to the Virgin, while on 10 September the festival is dedicated to the figure of San Roque.
