One of the most important squares in Ibi, here one finds the “Monument to Artisanal Ice-cream”, the work of the Galician sculptor Magín Picallo, cut and built of granite in February 1991 in honour of the profession and of the pioneers of artisanal ice-cream. Next to the monument there is a children’s recreation area and various cafés.
