November is the month of wild mushrooms in Segorbe. A dozen Segorbian restaurants will be offering the finest gastronomic delights created with this autumnal produce. If you love mushrooms, you´re in for a treat as you can try them cooked a thousand different ways in Segorbe.
Each of the participating restaurants will produce different tasting menus using typical produce of the region, with dishes featuring wild mushrooms as the star ingredient. Come to Segorbe and experience this gastronomic tasting event for yourself – you won´t be disappointed.
The participating establishments are Restaurante 50 Caños, Casa Alba, Ambigú, Fusión Pinchos & Tapas, Millán, Segóbriga, Senda de la Brasa, Asador Esgueva, Palén, María de Luna and Restaurante Bocca de la Verita.
