Music, processions, 'joies' races and gunpowder, in all its forms ( 'mascletà', firecrakers, fireworks and 'correfocs') are the main elements of the festival program. The announcement of the celebrations starts with Uncle Porra and the 'drapets' or 'pedacets', costumed groups who wear clothes made of fabric strips. Moors and Christians also take center stage in this festival.
