The festivity of San Bartolomé is celebrated on the second fortnight of August and are the highlights of the festive celebrations of the town. In the middle of summer, the celebrations allow the people to rest and enjoy, with bullfighting shows and the traditional 'cridà' or 'xupinazo' performed by the clubs. Important premier musical performances accompany this celebration, although the real protagonists are the festive clubs, which focus on their respective meeting centers and give the festivities a special color with their garments.
