Discover an easily accessible and natural looking beach between two very interesting locations - make a note of this place on your list of favourite beaches!

Serradal Beach in Castelló de la Plana is a fantastic stretch of golden sand of about 1700 metres, reached by a comfortable promenade. You can get there by car and park or by the intercity bus; it's perfect for getting to the seashore without any problems!

Playa del Serradal has a dune area, which gives it a natural and wild appearance despite being a semi-urban beach and is the natural habitat of the kentish plover. The protected areas are well-defined, so you will have no problem in accessing the swimming area. There are toilets, footbaths and rubbish bins, as well as nearby restaurants.

Serradal Beach borders the municipality of Benicasim to the north of the city of Castelló de la Plana; it can be the perfect starting point both to visit the pleasant seaside neighbourhood of Grao de Castelló de la Plana and to discover the beautiful Villas de Benicasim, a really nice architectural reminder of the "Belle Époque" of the late 19th and early 20th century. Make this beach your next Mediterranean destination!
