The celebration is held in late May or early June in honor of the Blessed Virgin of the Rosary, (coinciding with the Corpus Christi). During these celebrations, processions and colorful parades of Moors and Christians occur. The battle between Moors and Christians troops takes place in Plaza de España, taking the viewer back in time.
