Pep Romany is in charge of directing the gastronomic project Pont Sec Restaurant. In his effort to recover the traditional flavours and to provide new sensations to his clients he has found the formula to integrate the best products of the Region of Valencia. Tradition, local and seasonal products are the three landmarks that define their dishes.

In the menu, which varies according to the seasonal products, the special dish of the house stands out: the cocas. Its key is in the choice of high quality foods that accompany dough made in the traditional way with wheat flour. After letting the coconut balls rest for three days, they add the different ingredients (such as sobrasada, chard, shrimp or vegetable ratatouille) and they are cooked in a wood oven for five minutes. In addition, they have incorporated a home delivery service so that you can receive them comfortably in your home.

In Pont Sec, they are also specialists in rice: paella, arroz a banda, baked rice with crust or paella with octopus, dried tomato and young garlic are some of the most outstanding options. The wine list includes wines from the best denominations of origin from all over Spain and the homemade desserts put the star end to the banquet.
