Castle Quarter Irrigation Channel

We are talking about a water conduit in the form of a ditch or a channel. It is not known if it is covered with stone or brick along the various stretches of its journey. Its mission was to conduct the water for irrigation and other uses. In this specific case, the existence of caves in the subsoil of the Castle quarter, which lead from the fortress to the river or to this stream, are known about. The first settlers came down to these galleries in the case of blockades in order to obtain water.
