Along any of the adjoining streets of this old area one can reach this popular square that in days gone by was the place where the stables, cowsheds and barns were concentrated under the shade of the gigantic trees. Nowadays, two very large banana trees rise up as immobile witnesses of the vicissitudes and recreation of the people who inhabit this city.
