The monastery, of a contemplative nature, was founded for the nuns of the San Francisco de Sales order. The building highlights the great quantity of marble used in the ornamentation in its Neo classical style facade, composed of pilasters and niches, and finished off with a wide triangular front. Remaining in the interior are paintings by Vicente Lopez and the images of the Archangels, San Miguel and San Rafael, by Santiago Baglieto.
