A Modernist style Building with three floors constructed at the end of the XIX century as a family home for of one of Novelda's high middle class families. In 1902 a modification and amplification of the building took place, adapting its architectural and decorative elements to the artistic current of the time. Access is gained through a half entrance, with a room on the left-hand side occupied by the office of tourism. Advancing, one finds the wide foyer surrounded by an oak skirting board. Crossing the foyer we come to a splendid rectangular courtyard surrounded with columns, covered by an enormous glass roof, which lets light flood the whole environment.
