The Planetarium

The Planetarium

With a large dome as its most important characteristic, the planetarium has four show rooms, a conference room and a showing room. The centre welcomes visitors with a large Foucault pendulum, a sample of the contents of a centre which usually has a high educational nature. Moreover it also houses the information centre of the Natural Reserve of the Columbretes Islands with an exhibition hall dedicated to them and a landscaped outside area with an Armilar sphere sundial, compass rose and the sculpture Hembra del Mar (Female of the Sea) by Ripolles.
