In baroque style, the Church La Nativitat is located in the plaza de la Iglesia (Church Square) in the "Vila" of Almassora. This temple was built at the end of the 17th century (between 1685 and 1691) and was later extended in 1864 when the Communion chapel and the Baptismal font were built.

The church has a single nave with chapels in the buttresses. Until the Spanish civil war of 1936, it had an altar with various canvases that were destroyed. It was rebuilt and decorated after the war, entirely with mural paintings. It currently houses a large collection of goldsmith's work and the canvas of El Salvador (The Saviour) by Joaquín Oliet.

If we look at the exterior, the side door is presided over by the image of the Virgin in white marble. In addition, on the side of the façade, we find the 18th century bell tower with a square floor plan and semicircular windows framed by Tuscan pilasters and a two-part crown with a pyramidal tiled roof.
