The summer is approaching, and the kitchen of Torrevieja is getting ready for the most original gastronomy days: Torrevieja y el Mar. From 10 to June 14, Alicante brings together all the marine and garden jewels to surprise you with the most diverse, exclusive and tasty Mediterranean dishes.

 

This foodie event offers plenty of delicacies of the Mediterranean in varied environments. In this way, five outstanding restaurants in the city open the doors for you to trace the flavours of Torrevieja and the Sea. An event with more than three decades of tradition that allows exclusive and original menus especially made for you.

 

During the culinary route, always committed to the quality of the ingredients,  you might want to try “anchoas de la abuela torrevejense” (anchovies) on a tartar bed. Do you prefer a sea urchin stuffed with its own eggs? Maybe the rock octopus catches your attention more. Well,  enjoy it in a sunny restaurant with a terrace to the sea!
