From July, 21 to 28, the town of Peñíscola will be filled with the best jazz by four great artists: Cécile Mclorin Salvant, Kenny Barrony John Abercrombie, which will perform during the second half of July in the Palace of Congresses. Besides, free concerts will be performed within the cycle Jazz a la Serena, in addition to other activities such as an exhibition of photographs de jazz, entitled PHOCUZZ, of the Photographer vila-realense Antonio Porcar Cano o “Historia del blues” for children.
You can take this great opportunity to discover Peñíscola, a town filled with narrow, steep streets with a tortuous and irregular layout, which slowly turn in their ascension to the Castle of Papa Luna. At its feet lies the extensive North beach, and behind it the fertile plain. South of the place, the foothills of the Sierra de Irta mountains, full of unspoiled natural beauty, break the horizontal and sandy line of the former towns and villages, giving way to broken and attractive coves of difficult access.
Come to Peñíscola and enjoy the best jazz in an unforgettable setting!
