Publishing date 26/08/2013
This summer we are inviting you to discover Altea and the beautiful little coves and lovely beaches that run along a coastline with the same enchanting white appearance as the town centre. Or why not take one of the guided tours that are taking place on Thursdays and Fridays throughout August? What's more, if you visit this wonderful Costa Blanca destination you'll be able to experience Les Balconades, one of the most important, original artistic events in the Community of Valencia. Altea, a destination you'll adore!
Altea, which begins in Mascarat and is set in a bay between the sea and the mountains, is a symbol of the Costa Blanca. Crowned by the blue and white dome of the Parish church, the town cascades down a hill that ends on the Mediterranean shore. Amazing tiny coves and beaches run along a coastline that boasts the same white charm as the town centre.
This August you have a unique opportunity to learn everything about this destination. Every Thursday and Friday in August there are guided tours around Altea. They leave at 19.00 from the Tourist Information Office. Advanced telephone booking is essential: 96 584 41 14 or send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
What's more, if you visit this wonderful Costa Blanca destination you'll be able to experience Les Balconades, one of the most important, original artistic events in the Community of Valencia. Altea has a genuine open-air museum. Don't hesitate! Come to Altea! You'll fall in love with it!
